General Information
Any sold-out product/custom-made order, if it can be designed/ made again will take 40-50 business working days of additional design time. The delivery can be done only after the product is made and is ready to be dispatched. Currently, we are accepting custom-made orders for above Rs. 50000.
Please take our professional assistance for re-plating if your old plated jewellery needs reconditioning. It usually takes 20 days or less to gold plate the jewellery and dispatch it. As of now we gold plate only the jewellery purchased from us at a nominal market-linked charge.
